Before getting into a relationship, you must make sure you can break up.

Before getting into a relationship, you must ensure you can break up. This statement may sound like cold prevention, but from my perspective, it's more like gentle protection. During a relationship, it's not advisable to blindly commit; instead, you should place yourself in a safe position. The scariest thing about love is not that it isn't sweet, but that it's too sweet, too early, and too much, to the point where you don't have time to retreat to your boundaries. Before falling in love, you must know how to pave the way for an "exit" so that love can advance and retreat, preventing it from becoming a suffocating situation.

In physiognomy, people with strong controlling tendencies often appear in relationships that "seem gentle but are actually restrictive." You'll find that they aren't initially aggressive but first ensnare you with concern: they ask where you're going, scrutinize whom you meet, and if you don't reply to messages, it's like the end of the world for them. Such individuals have too many thoughts in their destiny, strong controlling desires, and an inflamed heart, seeking security through control. The more they want to ensure you stay by their side, the more love turns into an act of possession. If you don't have a bottom line for breaking up, you will gradually lose your right to choose in the relationship.

To identify controlling tendencies, pay attention to the shape of the nose. A large and straight nose often indicates strong possessiveness and a desire for dominance, where the person likes to have the final say in everything. If there's a prominent bump in the middle of the nasal bridge, that "bump" resembles a stubborn knot in their personality that they refuse to let go of. Such individuals usually don't just want you around; they want you to live according to their rhythm, even expecting your emotions to align with theirs.

Next are the eyebrows. Thick or eyebrows that go from thick to thin often carry an air of stubbornness. People with very thick and coarse eyebrows tend to use willpower to place the world within their recognized rules; they are unlikely to listen to your true feelings, only judging whether your actions are correct. They will feel you need guidance, and your boundaries don't need to be respected.

The eyes are often key as well. The combination of "Sanpaku eyes" (specifically, lower Sanpaku) and "white wolf eyes" is seen as a sign of cunning and manipulative tendencies. People with lower Sanpaku eyes have more white visible below the iris, and their gaze can feel oppressive, as if you'll be judged if you're even a moment too slow; they often like to control situations and are uncomfortable with you "not being arranged by them." The fierce gaze of white wolf eyes, on the other hand, is a more overt display of power; they appear shrewd but actually prefer control, often treating the disparity between weak and strong as an immutable law in the relationship.

Then there's the configuration of the temples and cheekbones. Sunken temples and recessed "Jianmen" (the area at the outer corner of the eye) often indicate not just simple suspicion, but an inherent sense of insecurity. Such individuals rely heavily on whether you "do as told" for their relationship security. They might say they love you, but their eyes seem to be checking if you are compliant enough. The more you try to prove your loyalty, the more they feel you need to be supervised.

Therefore, ensuring you can break up before falling in love is not a pessimistic approach. You must first ask yourself: If one day I have to leave, can I leave? Do I have the ability to retreat? Do I have social connections? Do I have a place where I can be caught when I'm in danger? Before a relationship, you must ensure you have the capacity for self-love.
